1.Update the production schedule regularly to let customers know the order situation at any time

2.Sometimes it happens unexpected abnormal situation during production, if the problem affected the appearance, quality or delivery time of product, in order to avoid any misunderstanding or dispute in finished products or afer shipment, we will check with customer right then, and continue production after get an agreement by both sides.

3.To send full set photos for finished products to customers before shipment.

1.Follow up logistics in time to ensure customers to receive goods in time and smoothly.

2.To provide extra long warranty and worry free return and replacement service.
Within 6 months for acetate frame/sunglasses aftershipment, within 12 months for metal/titanium frames or sunglasses after shipment,
if the products has quality problem, an if it can be proved that it is the quality problem of the product itself, not the human damage or
the bad storage environment, the goods can be returned or exchanged after both parties reach an agreement.
